We are situated just 200 yards off the B979 Stonehaven to Peterculter road and is ideally located for business, tourism and sporting needs.

In a lovely rural woodland setting (the name of the house is German for pretty woods), yet within easy access to Stonehaven, Portlethen and Aberdeen; it's the perfect base for touring the Mearns and Royal Deeside or for the business person only a 20 minute drive to Aberdeen centre, only 10 minutes from Portlethen.

For cyclist we are only 1 mile off the Sustrans Route 1 cycle route.

Stonehaven is a busy seaside town with walks along the promenade and harbour front with lots of shops, cafe's and restaurants for all different tastes.

It has an Olympic size heated outdoor pool (summer only) and of course the famous Dunnottar Castle. Stonehaven has an 18 hole golf course and there are many other golf courses in the area.
